Terms of service (summary)
Orbitaide provides virtual assistance on month-to-month plans. You may pause or cancel with 14 days' notice. Hours are tracked per task in a shared log, and up to 10 unused hours roll over to the following month. Rush and overnight work is billed against plan hours at the standard rate unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Full terms are included in every client agreement signed before kick-start week. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
Privacy (summary)
We collect only what we need to serve you: contact details from this site's forms, and the business data you explicitly share for delegated tasks. We never sell personal data, and every assistant works under a signed NDA with least-access principles.
To request a copy or deletion of your data, write to hello@orbitaide.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Confidentiality commitment
Client materials — inboxes, documents, credentials, and business information — are treated as strictly confidential, shared only with the assigned assistant team, and returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.
